Home Payments I’m a seller Article
You can review the status of your withdrawal request on the Balance page.
"Request created" and "Pending"
The status of your withdrawal request will read Request created once you place a request. This means that your request is being processed. The money hasn't been sent to you yet, but it is being prepared.
Note: Withdrawal requests are processed twice a week on Monday and Thursday. In most cases, withdrawal requests placed on Monday or Thursday will be processed on the next withdrawal day. For example, a withdrawal request placed on Monday will most likely be processed in three days, on Thursday. Please take this into account when planning your withdrawals.
If you see Pending as your request status, that means your request has been processed. Your payment should arrive shortly.
"Completed"
When your funds have been paid out, the status of your withdrawal will change to Completed. But what if you still haven’t received anything?
Usually, your money arrives within the hour, but sometimes, though rarely, it may take up to 5 business days for your withdrawal request to be processed and your funds to be credited to your account.
Unfortunately,Xp Freelancer has no control over delays, as they are due to banking processes that pass through multiple reviews. Your payment may be temporarily stuck at one of these reviews.
In the meantime, you can hover over the question icon next to Completed to view the date and time of your withdrawal:
If less than 24 hours have passed, please wait. However, if more than 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your payment, please contact our Support Team. Xp Freelancer will send a request to the payment system to search for the payment.
